Hi, I'm Matt.
I started Wildline because I enjoy working with people and organizations where my passions and experience can complement their work, and who share a drive to build something that makes a difference.
Making a difference can mean a lot of things. It doesn’t always have to be something big or particularly visible, although those kinds of projects can be a lot of fun. Sometimes it’s something seemingly small that has a lasting impact on a customer, an employee, a community or even a single person.
It has always come down to the people. I’m drawn to those who are passionate about what they’re doing and, more importantly, why they’re doing it. There’s usually something behind the work that matters to them. They want to create something, change something for the better, open doors for others or leave something better than they found it. Sometimes they know exactly what they want to do, or at least where they’d like to end up. Sometimes they need help figuring out what’s possible.
Finding the right connections is a big part of what drives me, whether that means bringing people together, connecting organizations with potential partners or recognizing when two sides could benefit from knowing each other. I also enjoy looking at a challenge and figuring out how to solve it, finding ways to build on something that’s already working, or taking an idea and helping make it happen.
I think that’s also why I become invested in the outcome. Once I’m involved in something, I care about whether it works, not just whether I’ve done the part I was brought in to do. If something needs attention and I can help, I do. There’s a lot of satisfaction in looking back at what we set out to do and seeing what we accomplished together.

I work alongside you and your team, not at arm’s length. That can mean leading, supporting, solving problems or bringing in the right people and resources as the work evolves.
See it Through
A good idea or strategy only matters if you can make it happen. I stay involved, adapt when things change and help with what’s needed to get the work across the finish line.
